Each summer, we open our restaurant to the public, inviting everyone to enjoy our spectacular views, delicious cuisine, and stunning interior design. At Brasserie L’Ecole, we are passionate about good food. Since 2018, we’ve proudly added plant-based dishes to our menu, crafted by vegan chef Stefanie Van Haudenhove.
Please note: We do not serve meat.
